What is your fee structure?
There are three components of the fee structure of our non-residential programs:

How many tournaments or matches does a kid get to play?
Competitive matches are the cornerstone of a player’s development. Every season, a student-athlete plays a minimum of 25+ competitive matches taking part in local, national and international tournaments.
What is the future structure for the kids in BBFS & in football?
The developmental pathway in professional football is divided into three stages: Grassroots (5-11 years), Youth (12-17 years), Professional (18 - above). Within these stages, alongside right mentorship, there are multiple competitions that help student-athletes rise through the ranks and eventually attain a professional contract.
The All India Football Federation, which is the governing body for football in India, launched Baby Leagues in 2018, a nation-wide project to provide initial competitive exposure for grassroots players. In the youth stage, the AIFF organizes Sub-Junior Nationals (U-14) and Junior Nationals (U-16 & U-19) across India.
At the professional level, the AIFF organizes Senior National competitions, which becomes the gateway for footballers to kickstart their professional journey. Alongside the AIFF organized competitions, there are numerous tournaments arranged by private and state bodies across all age-categories.
Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools (BBFS) takes part in all competitions providing student-athletes the ideal platform to script their pathway into professional football while facilitating best training by seasoned coaches. BBFS also owns Garhwal Heroes Football Club (GHFC), a Delhi-based professional football team. Student-athletes who have the potential and perform in competitions get an opportunity to represent GHFC and are sent for trials in elite-teams through the BBFS scouting network across India and abroad.
What is the structure for kids above 18 yrs?
After years of guidance and development, once the student-athlete turns 18, BBFS provides them scouting opportunities in elite teams or guides them for their career progress in sports related fields.
What is the difference between an advanced and beginner batch?
The beginner batch is for players having less exposure in football. For these players, our coaches emphasise on providing a personalised curriculum for optimal development. In the advanced batches, the coaches provide a curriculum improving the physical, mental, tactical, technical and social aspects.
What if we are traveling or a kid has exams will those classes be adjusted?
Yes. In case a student has a valid reason such as exams to miss a session, we provide them additional classes to stay on course with peers. BBFS strives to provide equal opportunities to everyone and aims to enable a child to excel in studies while playing at the highest level.
How many players have you developed so far?
Over the years, BBFS has trained 18,000+ footballers across India out of whom 750+ have played nationally and 10+ have represented the Indian football team.
