Anil is a professional AFC C Licensed who started his coaching journey with BBFS Residential Academy from 2018. Over the last 5 years Anil has worked with various age groups and developed several players with some of them going on to represent the Indian National U-17 & U-19 teams.

Karthik was fond of football as a player and later on shifted his focus to coaching as he wanted to develop more young players through structured training programmes. He is also fond of goalkeeping coaching and also guides the U17 goalkeepers within the Garhwal Heroes team.

Objective is to create an ideal playing environment for the young players to grow and develop them into professional players by providing them with opportunities.
